Main duties and responsibilities Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required as instructed by the Head Breakfast Chef and Sous Chef. Ordering of food for the section in the absence of the Head Breakfast Chef. Maintain the quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented. Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe, and to the correct quantity. Ensure that all dishes reach the pass correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner.
