I'm looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following:
The ability to manage a BOH team

Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

Strong events/hospitality experience

Excellent financials

Up to date with the latest food trends

Prides themself with producing innovative food

Detailed understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
