Head chef required in central London for a new opening, this will be a brunch venue that does breakfast, light dining and brunch dishes . This venue is Inspired by elegant European cafés and private members club dining. Head chef £50k + service + bonus. This head chef role will oversea the kitchen.

The role
As a head chef you will run the main kitchen that does brunch and light plates. They do have a pastry side as well which is run by a junior sous chef who reports into yourself for the pastry side. On a day to day basis you will be runing the brunch and light plate part of the operation. This role includes all the standard head chef duties

Experience
We are looking for a head chef with brunch and light plate knowledge, with good management skills and knife skills. The pastry junior sous chef will rport into you, you will not be running pastry however will oversee the whole of the kitchen operation.
