An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead a busy corporate contract catering kitchen in Canary Wharf .
The site delivers up to 800 covers per day and offers a varied hospitality service , ranging from working sandwich lunches and buffets to formal sit-down dinners and corporate events .
This role would suit an experienced Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef looking to step up in a high-volume, professional corporate environment.
Kitchen Brigade 1 x Sous Chef

3 x Chef de Partie

1 x Commis Chef

2 x Kitchen Porters

The Role Lead and manage the kitchen team across daily service and hospitality

Deliver high-quality food for large-scale service (up to 800 covers)

Oversee hospitality dining including working lunches and formal dinners

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation

Manage stock control, ordering and kitchen compliance

Benefits £55,000 salary

40-hour working week
