The Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of a busy, well-established kitchen, delivering consistently high standards across all services. From hearty, homemade classics to more refined seasonal dishes, you'll shape menus that reflect both creativity and quality.
You'll lead, develop, and inspire your team, setting the tone for a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. Passionate about fresh food and presentation, you'll ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the highest standards.
You'll also oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen—managing suppliers, controlling costs, minimising waste, and delivering against financial targets—while maintaining a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
