Head Chef Sustainability Led Coastal Fish Restaurant - Weymouth - £45,000 - Set Days Off - Relocation Package - Amazing Growth Plan - Head Chef An ambitious, sustainability-focused restaurant located at the historic town of Weymouth, Dorset is seeking a Head Chefto work closely with the Chef Patron in helping to shape the future of its kitchen.
With a clear and committed ambition to achieve a Green Michelin Star , this is a kitchen where sustainability is not a trend its a philosophy that informs every decision, from sourcing and menu design to waste reduction and energy use.
The Role - Head Chef Working closely with the Chef Patron, you will:
Help lead a modern, produce-driven kitchen with a strong sense of place
Champion sustainable sourcing, ethical suppliers and low-waste cooking
Support and develop a motivated, skilled brigade
Maintain exceptional standards of consistency, flavour and presentation
Play an active role in menu development and seasonal creativity
About You - Head Chef Experienced Senior Sous Chef , or a confident Sous ready to step up and work towards Head Chef status or a current Head Chef
Passionate about sustainability and responsible cooking
Calm, organised and confident leading a kitchen service
Background in farm to plate sustainable dining preferred
Curious, driven and proud of your craft
