We are a beautiful, well-organized 30 cover restaurant with an open kitchen and looking for a Head Chef. The team is small, and the Head Chef is expected to be highly involved in the daily operations, prep and service. For the role we are considering either a Sous Chef wanting to move up and progress or an experienced Head Chef wanting full control on the day-to-day kitchen operation. We are serving Mediterranean and only use premium, fresh, raw ingredients, carefully prepared and presented.
