This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role . You will:
Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team
Ensure every dish is prepared to the highest professional standards
Manage daily kitchen operations, including ordering, supplier relationships, and budgeting
Maintain control over food costs, wastage, and wages
Deliver consistent quality, freshness, and presentation across all meals
