This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished and innovative Head Chef to join a prestigious team. You will lead all culinary operations, from concept to plate, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. Working closely with the creative and planning teams, you will design and execute menus tailored to each eventranging from intimate private dinners to large-scale, multi-day celebrations. Festivals and field events. About the role: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding food in both taste and presentation. Develop bespoke menus that reflect client vision, seasonal availability, and event themes. Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to the highest standard. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to budgets. Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Liaise with suppliers to source premium, sustainable ingredients. Represent the brand at client tastings. About you: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within luxury catering, fine dining, or high-end hospitality or ready to step up to a new challenge Strong creative flair and ability to develop innovative, bespoke menus. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Experience in delivering for complex, high-profile events Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and professional presence. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
