An iconic live music venue in the heart of Manchester. The venue combines a historic performance hall, bars and a food space, hosting gigs, events and cultural experiences throughout the year. With large capacity and a new additional capacity space being introduced, its one of the citys most exciting entertainment destinations. As the venue continues to grow, the food offer is evolving too, with a new in-house kitchen concept launching to serve high volumes of guests around live events.
What youll get up to
Launch and lead the new in-house kitchen operation.
Recruit, train and develop the kitchen team.
Deliver fast, consistent food during high-volume service.
Build systems and workflow to support busy event nights.
Manage stock, prep and kitchen organisation.
Work closely with venue leadership to develop the concept.
Maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards.
