Youll take full ownership of a newly launched workplace dining operation serving up to400 office professionalseach day. This is a flagship site and youll be the driving force behind its success.
Youll lead a team ofthree chefs, set the culinary vision, and deliver food that goes far beyond canteen dining. Thinkrestaurant-quality food, done efficiently, creatively, and consistently.
This role is perfect for astrong Head Chefor anambitious Sous Chef ready to step upand lead something of their own.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
Leading and inspiring a brigade of 3 chefs with confidence, clarity, and high standards
Designing and delivering fresh, seasonal menus that people genuinely look forward to
Producing outstanding breakfast and lunch services for a high-volume, quality-focused site
Creating food that reflects modern dining trends while remaining commercially smart
Maintaining impeccable standards across food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety
Building trusted relationships with on-site stakeholders through consistent excellence
Taking full ownership of your kitchen this is your operation to run
