The Role

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef, managing your own kitchen Strong ability to deliver fresh, high-quality food consistently Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine preferred, but not essential Understanding of both corporate restaurant structures and independent operations Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-volume environment A strong, approachable leader who can motivate and develop a team Excellent personality, energy, and drive
