About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team .
You'll create nutritious, delicious meals that make a real difference to our residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prepare varied menus that meet special dietary requirements (low fat, diabetic, religious diets).
Cater for special occasions within the home.
Manage stock control and purchasing within budget.
Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.

What We're Looking For

Relevant food hygiene and preparation qualifications.
Strong understanding of nutrition and the importance of food for wellbeing.
Experience in a professional catering environment.
