Looking for a creative, and energetic Head Chef to lead the re-opening of a beautiful pub near Reigate in the Surrey Hills.
The Head Chef role is also ideal for someone who has worked as a Sous Chef and has the drive and vision to help shape a brand-new kitchen and make their mark.
We want to become one of the best food pubs in Surrey and looking for a Sous Chef or Head Chef able to deliver seasonal, ingredient-led British food that is accessible, generous, and rooted in outstanding produce.
The Head Chef or Sous Chef will help in designing the menu, setting up suppliers, training of new staff and setting systems and standards
The opening kitchen team will begin with 2 chefs with support of KPs/Commis.
Benefits for the Sous Chef / Head Chef:
Salary between £40,000 and £53,000 per year plus Tronc
