We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting destination restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. This is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver a refined French Mediterranean dining experience in one of Londons most prestigious neighbourhoods.
About the Role:

As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the culinary direction, combining classical French technique with the vibrant, seasonal flavours of the Mediterranean. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing brigade, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a compelling, seasonal menu rooted in French Mediterranean cuisine
Lead, train, and motivate a talented kitchen team
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage kitchen operations, including cost control, supplier relationships, and stock management
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on concept evolution and guest experience
About You:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end or destination restaurant
Strong foundation in classical French cooking, with Mediterranean influence
Passion for seasonal produce, innovation, and elegant presentation
A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and GP
