We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Head Chef to elevate our kitchen team in Esher, Surrey. Offering up to £50,000 per annum, this role is tailored for a candidate driven by excellence, creativity, and leadership. About the Role Full-time, on-site Head Chef role based in Esher, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Lead kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, and cost control.
Oversee a passionate brigade, ensuring high standards, training, and teamwork.
Maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure service excellence.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen role in an upscale or destination-driven environment.
A portfolio of creative menu design and culinary execution.
Strong leadershipmotivating teams, managing schedules, and mentoring junior chefs.
Rock-solid organisational skills and a keen eye for detail; able to manage food costs and supplier relationships.
Knowledge of current food trends, ingredient sourcing, and sustainable practices.
Level 2 Food Safety (or equivalent) certification required; additional culinary qualifications highly valued.
