This is not your typical restaurant role. Our client operates a highly creative, immersive dining experience where food, theatre, and atmosphere collide. The successful candidate will be a chef who thrives on pushing boundaries , challenging traditional dining norms, and bringing bold, outside-the-box thinking to the kitchen.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading a talented team while working closely with the creative leadership behind the concept. The food offering is expressive, imaginative and constantly evolving, so a strong creative mindset is essential.
Youll be expected to develop dishes that surprise and excite guests while maintaining high culinary standards and a smooth, well-run kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team in a high-energy service environment

Creating bold, innovative dishes that push beyond traditional fine dining expectations

Bringing a highly creative and experimental approach to menu development

Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards

Managing kitchen operations, ordering, and stock control

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met

About You
Current Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step

A chef with a highly creative mindset and the confidence to think differently

Passion for experiential dining and boundary-pushing food concepts

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Someone who embraces innovation, creativity, and unpredictability in food
