What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up

Essential experience in Italian restaurants

Strong knowledge of fresh pasta production and pizza operations

Confident with menu creation, costing, and kitchen structure

Experience opening or launching kitchens is highly desirable

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

Passion for authentic Italian cuisine and seasonal ingredients
