What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a kitchen team of 8, serving up to 250 customers
- Deliver high-quality, sustainable meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Plan menus, manage stock, and ensure food and safety compliance (HACCP, COSHH, Natasha’s Law)
- Support our journey to net zero by 2030
- Maintain cost control and drive food sales with innovative ideas
- Create a welcoming kitchen culture focused on development and excellence
- Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role, ideally in contract catering
- Excellent culinary and presentation skills
- Strong leadership with a progressive mindset
- Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, budgeting, and stock control
- Passionate about fresh, quality food and customer satisfaction
