The Role
You are the heartbeat of the restaurants success. Leading by example, youll oversee daily operations with precisionfrom managing stock and controlling costs to mentoring your team. Youll work hand-in-hand with the GM to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride, consistency, and that signature "Hospitality Magic."
