Theyre now looking for a passionate Head Chef to take the lead in a modern, high-spec kitchen built for fresh, seasonal cooking.
This is an ideal role for a chef who wants creative freedom, strong owner support and the chance to shape a food-led neighbourhood favourite.
As Head Chef you will:
Have a fresh food background and a passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce
Ability to design and deliver menus that balance creativity with commercial awareness
Strong leadership skills able to inspire, train and develop a small, dedicated team
Comfortable running the kitchen day-to-day: ordering, GP control, compliance and standards
