Head Chef, Hotel and Restaurant
Great opportunity with this stunning & iconic Somerset Hotel & Restaurant.
Head Chef Job Role The Head Chef will oversee the running of the kitchen and team and continue to develop the success of this quality venue. Consisting of restaurant, events, afternoon teas and private dining. A quality fresh food offer, showcasing local producers and suppliers.
Ideal candidates will have head chef experience in hotel or busy restaurant, a hands-on approach, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills. Overseeing a team of 7 and KP's. Successful candidates will have a stable background and previous Head Chef experience.
Salary Starting Salary on offer is to £45,000 p.a. depending on experience
Plus Service Change £1500 to £2000 p.a.
