The role
As a head chef you will bring your knowledge of a multi-menu F&B operation, you will be able to refine the menus, develop them, train the team and push the operation forward. The F&B menus do include afternoon teas, main restaurant and lounge bar offerings. This role includes all the standard Head chef duties,

Experience
We are looking for a head chef with a fresh food background, you will have a rosette or rosette-level operation background. you will be able to hand fresh food, seasonal menus and a few different menus for a multi-menu F&B operation. you will have 5* food hygiene and good knowledge of GPs
