We are recruiting a talented and experienced Head Chef for a highly regarded, premium restaurant group in Central London .
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy, food-focused kitchen known for high-quality produce, bold flavours and consistently excellent standards. The role requires a confident leader who can balance creativity with strong operational management.

The Role

Lead and manage the full kitchen operation

Deliver consistently high-quality food in a busy service environment

Train, develop and motivate the kitchen brigade

Manage stock control, GP, ordering and kitchen systems

Maintain excellent hygiene and compliance standards

Work closely with senior leadership on menu and kitchen performance

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led restaurant

Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience managing busy, high-volume kitchens

Organised, commercially aware and operationally strong

Passionate about fresh ingredients and excellent food

Salary up to £55,000
