Role Overview
As Head Chef, youll be responsible for the overall running of the kitchen, including:
Leading, training, and inspiring a small brigade Creating seasonal menus and weekly specials Managing food GP and kitchen costs Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships Maintaining a clean, compliant, and safe kitchen environment Working closely with the management team to deliver consistent quality and service
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and innovative menu development Strong leadership and people management skills Sound understanding of kitchen financials (GPs, wage control, waste management) High standards of hygiene, organisation, and attention to detail
