Head Chef
to lead it. This is not a conventional role. It is an opportunity to help define and shape a cuisine that is still largely unrepresented on the London dining scene. The Role of Head Chef We are seeking an
idea-driven Head Chef
who will take a leading role in the operational development of the project. You will work closely with the founders and the Executive Chef to evolve Tatar Bunar into a defining voice of Besarabian cuisine in London. This role is for someone who is not only a strong leader in the kitchen, but also a
