Tonic Talent are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the Retail, Hospitality and Events operation at one of Liverpools standout venues.Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will take ownership of a high-performing department, delivering everything from retail-style street food to premium fine-diningtolarge-scalesit-down dinners. This is a senior leadership role that requires confidence in managing complex, high-volume operations, leading a large brigade. What we are looking for in Head Chef applicants: A proven track record in large-scale venues, events and/or stadia
Leads the kitchen team with professionalism, positivity, and clear accountability
Consistently delivers high-quality food
Stays calm and organised in fast-paced environments
Balances creativity and innovation with strong cost control and strict food safety compliance
