The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of South and East Asian cuisines, drawing on that background to create refined, authentic dishes that can confidently stand alongside the very best Pan Asian cooking in London. A minimum of two years experience as a Head Chef is required. You will be responsible for full menu development, food cost control, due diligence, kitchen management, and all aspects of health and safety, as well as the broader operational responsibilities expected at senior leadership level.
