Take full responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen Control GP, stock management, and kitchen costs Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation Contribute creatively to seasonal menu developmentThe successful Head Chef will have strong kitchen management experience, solid financial awareness, and a passion for delivering fresh, high-quality food.
