The Hotel Folk are looking for an experienced *Head Chef* at our historic White Lion Hotel in the beautiful seaside town of Aldeburgh, Suffolk. You will be responsible for creating a new menus using the best and freshest of Suffolk produce and British flavours to create delicious and well presented dishes for our hotel guests and regulars alike. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and leader, able to develop our chefs, whilst also ensuring compliance across all areas of the kitchen.
