We are now recruiting for a Head Chef at the refurbished Castle of Brecon Hotel in Brecon.
After a £3.5 million refurbishment this hotel, known as the oldest hotel in Wales, has established itself as a great fresh food restaurant in the area . With a brand new shiny kitchen, theteam are looking for an inspirational leader to help them deliver amazing food in beautiful surroundings.
Do you relish the challenge of leading and developing a team? Do you enjoy a variety of work from looking after our hotel guests to catering weddings, functions and events? We will expect that you can do the following:
Manage people fairly and appropriately
Deliver and maintain a 5 star EHO rating
Stay up to date with latest food trends and developments
Develop, cost and produce menus
Achieve financial targets relating to Gross Profit and labour costs.
