Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) We're on the hunt for a talented, driven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step into one of London's most exciting new restaurant openings. This is a brand-new concept for the capital — bold, ambitious, and built around chefs who want to lead, learn, and create. You'll take charge of a small, passionate team in a high-energy, open kitchen where everything is on show. At the core of this kitchen is a return to true craft. You'll be working with traditional, fire-led equipment — think open grills, wood-fired cooking, and raw flame — paired with exceptional produce and a modern mindset. The food is diverse and innovative, but always grounded in classic technique, letting ingredients speak while delivering bold, honest flavours. This is a role for a chef who thrives on the pass, leads from the front, and wants to be part of something genuinely different in London.
