We are recruiting a Head Chef for an established restaurant located in Sloane Square, Chelsea.
You will take leadership of an existing kitchen operation, with the opportunity to evolve menus, strengthen systems, and build on what is already in place.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations

Leading and developing the kitchen team

Stock control, ordering, GP management, and kitchen administration

Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance

Working closely with FOH and management to deliver a strong guest experience

The Ideal Candidate Currently a Head Chef, or an experienced Senior Sous ready to step up

Experience in quality restaurant kitchens

Confident team leader with clear communication

Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen systems

Organised, consistent, and steady under pressure
