- My client, a Stunning 4 Star Deluxe Hotel based near Ulverston , is looking for a Highly Talented Head Housekeeper to join the Senior Management team.

- As Head Housekeeper , you must be passionate about Working to Exceptional Standards , ensuring a meticulous level of cleanliness and attention to detail across the Properties Combined 70 Bedrooms and Suites .

- As Head Housekeeper, youll be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the needs of the property are being met at all times. Youll provide a strategic overview, constantly identifying areas of improvement. Strong Administrational Skills will be essential. Your job is to set the standards high and ensure that every one of the team is adhering to your expectations.

- It will also be the duty of the Head Housekeeper to carry out regular performance reviews of your team. Youll deliver relevant training, provide advice and offer guidance that will help them improve.
