We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation at this busy 4 Silver Star Country House Hotel and Spa. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team delivering memorable experiences, where attention to detail and high standards are essential in creating a flawless environment for every one of our guests. The Role As Head Housekeeper, youll take full responsibility for ensuring all guest bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are always presented to an exceptional standard. Working closely with the wider operations and events team, youll play a key role in preparing the Hotel, turning rooms around efficiently, and maintaining the high level of presentation expected within a premium, boutique Hotel setting. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a small, dedicated housekeeping team Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, and ensuring arrival rooms are ready, perfect for guest check-in at 3pm.
