As Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring every guest room and public area meets the hotels exacting standards.
You will manage a team of housekeepers, plan schedules, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
As Head Housekeeper you will:
Lead and manage the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support
Oversee daily cleaning operations in guest rooms, suites, and public areas
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and comfort for all guests
Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control across all areas
Work closely with management to ensure seamless guest experiences
