Head Housekeeper required for a luxury boutique hotel and venue with outstanding facilities. This highly regarded hospitality business is privately owned and set in 10 acres of beautiful countryside. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Head housekeeper to oversee this key department within the hotel. Reporting to the hotel manager, this role will focus on driving exceptional standards in all areas of the estate including accommodation and public areas. The role requires strong leadership, motivational and team development skills. The Head housekeeper will be accountable for a small team that will grow in time when the business evolves. The Head housekeeper will be required to have excellent attention to detail and a firm understanding of how to effectively manage a busy housekeeping department within a luxury hotel environment. This position will require a strategic approach to managing all aspects of the department, with a commercial and operational focus.
