We're seeking a dynamic Head of Account Growth to join our diverse team in London as part of our Commercial function. As the Head of Account Growth, you'll lead Acuity Pricing's Commercial division and drive our financial goals to support our ambitious growth plans.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, inspire, and develop the commercial team to exceed revenue targets through key account growth
Implement effective processes and working styles to support Account Directors in developing their accounts
Enhance the team's key knowledge and identify opportunities for commercial growth
Serve as a primary escalation point and represent the commercial team
Ensure accurate sales performance reporting using our suite of systems, including Hubspot
Team and Culture Building
Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse and excellent sales and account team
Foster ongoing professional development and inspiration within the team
Collaborate with Operations and Platform teams to drive the brand forward
Create a high-performance, dynamic, and inclusive culture
Proven experience in commercial leadership roles
Excellent team management and development abilities
Proficiency in sales performance reporting and forecasting
Proven track record with high growth long-term accounts.
Ideal experience working in a B2B company ideally with a client set of retailers or FCMP brands.
Experienced at leading experienced sales and account management staff and building cross departmental alliances to create success.
Excellent knowledge of Hubspot, linkedin sales navigator, and use of powerpoint, excel, word and slack to build effective communications, reports and presentations.
