Responsibility for a portfolio of non-audit clients, typically up to £10m turnover Oversight of statutory accounts, management accounts, and associated advisory work Leadership of a team of approximately 12, with accountability for structure, performance, and development Ownership of the payroll function, ensuring compliance and consistent delivery Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercially focused support Working closely with Partners on workflow, resourcing, and service standards Input into operational and strategic decisions affecting the wider business services function The Candidate
