Role Description Location: Coworking Office in Southwest London, with some remote working Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Head of Adventures to lead our small sales team and drive our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO (who is based in Chamonix), you will own revenue generation, team motivation, and sales strategy whilst being involved in day‑to‑day sales activity. You’ll balance being a passionate salesperson invested in the guest experience with being highly organised – maintaining team focus and accountability, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and implementing the processes needed to manage the complexity of tailor‑made travel. With so many moving parts across sales and service delivery, you’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional standards for UHNW clients. The role follows a seasonal rhythm – high‑energy sales leadership during winter (Oct‑Apr), transitioning to strategic planning, campaign development, and systems optimisation during summer (May‑Sep). Key Responsibilites
Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets Manage live pipeline and close high‑value bookings Actively manage your own client portfolio and close high‑value sales Build lasting UHNW client relationships Conduct call listening, coaching, and performance management Drive team energy, morale, and culture during peak season
Summer: Strategy and Systems:
Analyse the previous season and shape strategy for the next Build Sugati (Salesforce) dashboards, tracking tools, and commission calculators Create compelling sales collateral with support from marketing – presentations, destination guides, and templates Design training programmes and team incentive schemes Plan campaigns, build supplier relationships, and oversee FAM trips
Year‑Round:
Hit and exceed revenue, profit, and conversion targets Develop client segmentation and return‑client strategies Optimise CRM processes and improve workflows Manage supplier relationships and commission negotiations Build brand ambassador partnerships Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and advise on strategic positioning Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events
You should...
Be a passionate, experienced skier or snowboarder with backcountry knowledge (Japan ski experience is a bonus) Have 8‑10+ years in sales, with at least 3‑5 years in a senior luxury travel or hospitality role Have a proven track record managing sales teams (3+ people) and consistently hitting revenue targets Have experience working with UHNW clients relationships – understanding their expectations, communication style, and service standards Have strong CRM skills (ideally Salesforce/Sugati) and commercially astute with solid data and margin analysis Be a skilled negotiator in both B2C and B2B contexts
