Who You Are:

You are passionate about SaaS/Cloud products and being the voice of the customer. You have a proven track record in delivering complex and challenging technology solutions. You are detail oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems. You love rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You’re sparked by a fast pace, new challenges, and always have an eye on achieving business outcomes. You lead functional discussions, build consensus, push boundaries, and crush deadlines. You want to make a real difference in the world by revolutionising space telecoms by building a great digital user experience.

What You’ll Do:

You will be the Head of delivery for Eutelsat Group’s billing solution. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, and will actively contribute to the vision and goals, aligning with our aim to make the easiest company to do business with. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, solution architects, other product/application owners and DevOps teams.

You Will:

• Be responsible for the billing domain (consisting of several applications): leading implementation, prioritising features together with business and demand management teams and driving innovation.
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring delivery of features and enhancements on time and in quality.
• Ensure billing processes run correctly and on time, proactively suggest solutions in case of dysfunctions
• Work closely with the other teams of the CDIO unit and partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class processes and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drive the transformation of the Billing domain to consolidate systems and reach target architecture.
• Manage external suppliers and challenge / push them towards delivery excellence, track performance and push for continuous improvements.
• Participate to the budget follow up dedicated to Billing domain
• Should there be a decision to hire internally, participate in the full recruitment process as well as conducting performance reviews.

What It Takes:

• Graduate degree in any technical discipline
• 5-8 years’ experience in product planning, technical product development and software delivery
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity inherent to an evolving market
• Significant experience of:
• Billing solutions in a Telecom/Satcom B2B environment
• Tools-based scaled Agile delivery and DevOps – using in-house, systems integrators and product vendors
• Global multi-party delivery models
• Global compliance, security standards and data protection

What We’d Love:

• Experience in managing complex projects and transformations in a B2B and/or telecom environment
• Experience with market leading Billing products such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Oracle-BRM, Ericsson, Zuora et al.
• Experience with API-led products
• Prior experience in telecoms or satellite communications providers
• Strong analytical skills with experience in technical systems and business processes
• Experience in TMF Open APIs/ODA

Where You’ll Be:

• Digital Products Teams in London, Paris, Turin.
• Some international travel may be necessary.
