Oversee all payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
Implement and improve payroll systems and procedures
Manage the payroll team and foster a positive and efficient working environment
Ensure timely payroll processing in adherence to legal standards
Handle payroll-related queries effectively and courteously
Liaise with other departments to streamline payroll procedures
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times
Regularly report to senior management on payroll activities and updates
A successful 'Head of Payroll' should have:
Extensive knowledge and experience in payroll processes and systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
