Do you think commercially, but care just as much about how something lands creatively and culturally?This is an opportunity to step into a newly created role within a globally recognised, culturally influential brand operating across music, nightlife and premium experiences.You’ll be responsible for defining the partnerships strategy from the ground up, identifying the right brands to work with, creating original concepts, and structuring partnerships that are both culturally relevant and commercially strong.This role suits someone who combines creative thinking with commercial discipline, and is confident enough to challenge ideas, influence direction, and build something properly.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the brand partnerships strategy across a multi faceted, culturally led businessIdentify and secure high quality, brand aligned partnerships across music, lifestyle, hospitality and premium consumer brandsDevelop original partnership concepts that feel differentiated, relevant and aligned to the brandOwn partnerships end to end, from idea and pitch through to negotiation, execution and long term growth.Structure commercially sound deals, ensuring strong margin, profitability and long-term valueTake ownership of the partnerships budget, including forecasting, performance tracking and reportingSet and define KPIs, with full accountability for commercial performanceWork closely with internal teams to ensure all partnerships are delivered to a high creative and operational standard.Build and manage senior relationships with brand partners, identifying opportunities to grow and evolve partnerships over timeContinuously bring forward new ideas, opportunities and direction that align with where the brand is going.What We’re Looking ForExperience within brand partnerships, commercial collaborations or creative strategy in culturally led or premium environments.Strong high calibre cultural instinct, understands music, nightlife and lifestyle spaces, and has a clear view on what is and isn’t brand appropriate.Ability to lead strategy and originate ideas, not just respond to briefs.Highly commercial mindset, understands profit, margin and long-term value, not just revenueProven experience structuring and negotiating high value, commercially sound deals.Track record of delivering differentiated, brand-led partnerships, not generic or volume-driven activity.Strong attention to detail, particularly around numbers, deal structure and execution.Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership in a standalone roleStrong network across relevant brands and cultural spaces.Confident, proactive, and comfortable challenging thinking at a senior level.What’s on Offer£60,000–£80,000 base salary depending on experienceOpportunity to build and shape a partnerships function from scratchA role within a globally recognised, culturally influential brandAccess to a unique, lifestyle-led working environmentA creative, commercially driven and collaborative teamThe chance to work on partnerships that genuinely shape brand perception and culture, not just drive revenue. #J-18808-Ljbffr
