Salary: DOE + 10% commission on new business and 5% commission on existing business

Our magazine has become the ‘go to’ home of alternative credit, read by asset managers and investors on both sides of the Atlantic. 


Alternative Credit Investor has seen substantial growth in recent years, across display advertising, commercial content and high-profile events including the Alternative Credit Awards. 


We are expanding into the US this year with the launch of the Alternative Credit Awards North America, alongside further events in the UK. 


The company is based in United House, a Fora building located by Notting Hill Gate station.


The role: 


We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious business development executive who can help drive Alternative Credit Investor’s next stage of growth. 


We have strong client relationships and leads in this market but there is also plenty of low-hanging fruit that is yet to be grabbed. 


For the right person who is a skilled negotiator with a keen sense of business development, this could be a very lucrative role as our commission structure is set up so you are paid on every pound sold.


Contacts within the asset management space and service providers supporting the sector would be preferable, alongside experience selling across events, display advertising and commercial content. 


The position will comprise identifying new sales opportunities, building a reliable and repeatable sales pipeline and negotiating and closing new business. There will be some opportunities for international travel, particularly to the US.

Additional information:


·      Hybrid working model (Tuesday to Thursday in the office)


·      20 holiday days per year plus bank holidays 


·      Office closed between Christmas and New Year (no holiday days required) 


·      Remote working allowed for one week before Christmas and one week after New Year, as well as entire month of August
