About your role You lead how GB&I designs, prioritises and executes channel strategy, route to market models, and digital transformation to unlock sustainable, profitable growth. Defines where to play and how to win across channels using data led segmentation, attractiveness logic and ROI principles. Shapes customer and channel strategies that integrate category, RGM, shopper and commercial priorities. Leads the GB&I RTM strategy, strengthening distribution models, improving cost to serve and elevating execution standards. Drives the transformation of field execution and distributor performance through digital tools, analytics and automation. Acts as the cross functional integrator between Sales, Marketing, RGM, BI, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure a single, coherent commercial plan. Builds the organisational capability required to execute with excellence across channels, customers and the entire RTM system. What You'll Do Own the data and insight foundations that power decision‑making across the business. Turn market, shopper and category insight into clear commercial actions. Lead forecasting, scenario planning and foresight to guide growth choices. Define and embed a clear Category Vision and strategy. Support pricing, investment and customer plans with robust insight. Evaluate media and activation effectiveness to optimise spend. Size innovation opportunities and support stage‑gate decisions. Partner with Marketing and Sales to activate insight and track performance. Drive cross‑functional alignment so insight turns into action. What You need to be successful Extensive experience in FMCG/beverages in insights, category or commercial strategy International experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field Strong analytical and strategic capability with commercial grounding. Proven experience Data Analytics and building new tools/capabilities Category Leadership Ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders. Leadership that inspires, aligns and develops high‑performing teams.
