The successful candidate will bring extensive subject knowledge, vision, and experience to deliver ambitious, high‑quality learning and teaching opportunities. Key responsibilities

Take the lead role in the further development of Business and Economics. Must be able to teach Business Studies. Oversee the work of all teachers delivering the curriculum at KS3‑KS5, and support those aspiring to study at HE Level. Develop teachers within the team to meet their aspirations and ensure quality of work. Ensure high standards and support the school's vision and ethos.

Qualifications

UK QTS, with extensive subject knowledge and vision. Experience teaching Business Studies at KS3‑KS5. Leadership and development experience. Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
