We are currently seeking a Head of Chemistry to lead our Science Department at the secondary education stage, focusing on Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. Position: Head of ChemistryDepartment: ScienceEducation Stage: Secondary (Key Stage 4 and 5) Job Description As Head of Chemistry, you will be responsible for leading and developing the chemistry curriculum within the Science Department. You will inspire students to achieve their best in chemistry while supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of Gosfield School. Skills and Qualifications
A strong passion for teaching chemistry at Key Stage 4 and A level Relevant qualifications in Chemistry or Science Education Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate and engage students with varying abilities Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments Basic leadership skills or enthusiasm for developing leadership capabilities
