Job title: Head of Civil & Structural EngineeringSalary: Competitive DOE Location: AdlingtonType: Permanent Overview of the role:The purpose of the Head of Civil/ Structural Engineering role is to be ultimately responsible for the delivery of Civil/ Structural engineering scope across projects, studies, and bids; this includes ensuring designs meet the highest standards with regards to safety, code compliance, scope alignment, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. In this role you will promote structural efficiency, cost optimisation, and quality of output, through resource management and acting as a business subject matter expert. This is a functional role with management and occasional customer facing responsibilities.
