Head of Claims Solutions - UK Salary up to 80k with some movement. Location: UK (Leeds / Remote)

IPS is supporting a leading provider of claims services in their search for a Head of Claims Solutions. This is a senior operational role responsible for the end-to-end performance of property and motor claims, and the broader claims function. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on improving delivery, resolving operational challenges early, and continuously raising standards across the claims operation. The role exists to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients while meeting business and regulatory objectives.

You will oversee performance across multiple areas including customer service, claims cost management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Continuous improvement is a key part of the role, reviewing processes, systems, and workflows to ensure the operation remains effective and scalable.

People leadership is central to the position. You will manage and develop a team of claims professionals, fostering engagement, building capability, managing performance, and supporting career progression.
