HEAD OF CLIENT MANAGEMENT Trinity Estates £Competitive, aligned to experience National / HybridROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Head of Client Management to take ownership of key client relationships across Trinity Estates and the wider group, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and long-term retention of major accounts.This is a strategic, group-level role focused on strengthening relationships with national property developers and institutional landlords across a complex residential leasehold portfolio.You will act as the senior relationship lead for priority clients, bringing structure, visibility and accountability to how we manage and develop key accounts.This is not a pure new business role.
